These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines for using our mobile application and website, which together are referred to as our “Services.”
Our Services include the following applications:
Vmdmart – User App (for customers placing orders)
Vmdmart Seller – Seller App (for merchants listing and managing their stores)
Vmdmart Delivery – Delivery Partner App (for drivers and delivery personnel)
By downloading, installing, or using any of these applications, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our apps or services.
“User” – any individual using the Vmdmart app to browse, purchase, or order goods or services.
“Seller” – any merchant or business entity registered on Vmdmart Seller to sell goods or services.
“Delivery Partner” – any individual registered on Vmdmart Delivery to deliver orders placed by Users.
“Account” – a registered profile used to access the Services.
“Platform” – refers collectively to the mobile apps, website, and backend systems owned by Vmdmart Group.
By creating an account or using any of our applications, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• You will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while using our Services.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization or entity (e.g., as a Seller), you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
To access most features, you must create an account by providing accurate personal details such as your name, phone number, email address, and password.
Keep your login credentials confidential.
Provide accurate and updated information.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Immediately inform us of any unauthorized access to your account.
Vmdmart Group will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
The User app allows customers to:
Browse, order, and purchase goods or services listed by Sellers.
Make payments through secure, integrated payment gateways.
Track deliveries and receive updates.
The Seller app allows merchants to:
Create and manage product listings.
Update inventory, pricing, and store details.
View and process customer orders.
Receive payments after order completion.
The Delivery app allows delivery partners to:
Accept and complete assigned deliveries.
Navigate routes using GPS tracking.
Receive payments for completed deliveries as per the platform policy.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
Upload or share false, misleading, or harmful content.
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app or its servers.
Misuse location or identity verification features.
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of our Services.
When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders for any reason, including stock availability or pricing errors.
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways such as Razorpay or Paytm.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your account for the total amount.
We do not store sensitive payment data such as card numbers or UPI credentials.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on:
Product return eligibility, cancellation policy, or delivery failure.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within the time frame defined by the payment gateway.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, traffic, and weather conditions.
Delivery Partners are independent contractors; Vmdmart Group is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
Users must provide accurate delivery addresses and be available to receive the order.
Sellers using the platform agree to:
Provide true and accurate product and pricing information.
Comply with all applicable business, taxation, and consumer protection laws.
Fulfill orders promptly and maintain product quality standards.
Avoid listing prohibited or illegal goods.
Violation of these obligations may result in account suspension or permanent delisting.
Delivery Partners must:
Provide valid identity documents and vehicle information during registration.
Maintain active GPS during deliveries for location tracking.
Handle orders responsibly and ensure timely delivery.
Refrain from any misconduct, theft, or inappropriate behavior with customers or sellers.
Repeated violations may result in termination and legal action.
All content, design, software, trademarks, logos, and data on the Vmdmart platform are the exclusive property of Vmdmart Group.
You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any part of the platform or its source code without our prior written consent.
We respect your privacy and handle all personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

Data is collected only for legitimate business purposes.
Information is encrypted and securely stored.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except as required for payment processing or legal obligations.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
Required by law or government order.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Vmdmart Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or service interruptions caused by network issues, third-party failures, or unforeseen events.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the transaction in question.
The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We make no guarantees regarding:
Continuous availability or error-free performance.
Accuracy or completeness of any content or listing.
Compatibility with your specific devices or systems.
Your use of our apps and services is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vmdmart Group, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
Your misuse of our Services or intellectual property.
Your breach of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
In case of disputes, the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, laws, or policies.
Updated versions will be posted on our website and within the apps.
Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
